The location was very convenient. I could walk to many attractions. The room was very clean and spacious upon arrival, something I ALWAYS appreciate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile!!!

The immediate area around the building felt a little sketchy at night. I recommend being aware of your surroundings.

the hotel provided clear travel instructions before arrival, which i found very helpful. the location is near both underground and overground stations (very convenient), only one stop from the main railway station. a supermarket is a short walk away, which i appreciated. i kept my towels and got a free drink (a nice touch!).

The bar had limited operating hours. It was closed on sunday and monday.

the hotel was very clean. beds are very comfy. cleaning staff did an excellent job. the location was very convenient for reaching the train station.

the shower's design causes water leaks. the water runs out and floods the entire floor. it becomes quite slippery and somewhat dangerous.
